Shoulder to Shoulder Ministries, Inc. (S2S), founded by Ray & Patty McConnell in 1999,  is a volunteer non-profit missions organization.  S2S is interdenominational in both scope and focus. Our foundational Bible verse comes from Zephania 3:9 --

 "...that all may call on the Lord to serve Him SHOULDER TO SHOULDER..."

In Thailand the ministry programs include the following:

• Children's Home Ministry
• Community Development
• HIV Ministries
• Hunger Relief
• Missionary Care and Development
• Street Kids Outreach
• Youth Scholarship/Discipleship

Missionary Care and Development is provided for full-time missions workers in Thailand and Internationally.

Our missionary staff includes Thai, Akha, and American volunteers. Each volunteer is responsible for raising their own financial support and receives no financial support from S2S. 100% of each dollar donated to S2S is used for designated projects and all USA donations are tax-deductible.
